Being sure to show his appreciation, Mark Wahlberg paid a visit to the US Marines in Afghanistan earlier this month.
The ?Other Guys? actor got chummy with the troops as he posed for several pictures with the good-spirited soldiers at Forward Operating Base on December 20th.
On the career front, back in November Wahlberg said that he was excited about the prospect of working with director David O. Russell on the upcoming ?Uncharted: Drake?s Fortune.?
However, the Hollywood star has not officially signed on for the project, and therefore, is not committed to appear in the film as Nathan Drake.
